  • Smileys  “As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.”- Psalm 18:30

Even though I never was a crazy fan of Michael Jackson, I liked some of his songs as a child (mostly all the dance songs).  However, one slow song I like of his is: "I'll Be There" (besides James Taylor's You've Got a Friend)....  Michael Jackson has brought the ultimate dynamic in the music industry.  His music is an influence for many in the music industry --- more on an international sense since he is so popular around the world.  He will be missed.... and let's not remember all the accusations, ("bad press") but what he contributed so much in life through his music and his heart full of charity.  And that is what we are left with to this day.

I'll Be There - Jackson Five (I love this song more and more this past week)

You and I must make a pact, we must bring salvation back
Where there is love, I'll be there

I'll reach out my hand to you, I'll have faith in all you do
Just call my name and I'll be there

I'll be there to comfort you,
Build my world of dreams around you, I'm so glad that I found you
I'll be there with a love that's strong
I'll be your strength, I'll keep holding on

Let me fill your heart with joy and laughter
Togetherness, well that's all I'm after
Whenever you need me, Ill be there
Ill be there to protect you, with an unselfish love that respects you
Just call my name and Ill be there

If you should ever find someone new, I know he'd better be good to you
cause if he doesn't, I'll be there
Don't you know, baby, yeah yeah
I'll be there, I'll be there, just call my name, I'll be there

(just look over your shoulders, honey - oo)

I'll be there, I'll be there, whenever you need me, I'll be there
Don't you know, baby, yeah yeah

I'll be there, I'll be there, just call my name, I'll be there...

    Rest in peace, Michael Jackson.

"Smile, though your heart is aching....." (a line from Jackson's favorite song, "Smile").
